YOU MUST SELECT "Pay At Pickup" TO REQUEST A SHIPPING QUOTE WITHOUT BEING CHARGED.

"Why is there a $10,000 shipping charge on my order?" Short answer: It's a placeholder, and you are not supposed to actually pay that.
Due to variability in shipping costs and product weights/dimensions, we are unable to provide AUTOMATIC shipping cost calculations at this time. After you submit your order, we will be able to determine the actual shipping cost, and replace the placeholder with the real shipping charge.
If you would like to have a shipping quote prepared for you:
- In the "Delivery Options" section, select "Request shipping quote". This will add a placeholder shipping cost to your order.
- In the "Order and Pay" section, select "Pay at pickup". (You will be able to pay online once you approve the shipping costs. You will NOT be submitting payment at this step.)
- Submit your order with the "Place Order and Pay" button.
We will then prepare a shipping cost quote for your order, which will be e-mailed back to you for your approval (along with an estimate of delivery time). The order updated with shipping costs will be available in the "My Orders" section of your account page.
AFTER your shipping quote has been prepared THEN you can pay for your order online, and we will ship it to you within 1-2 business days.
Depending on distance, shipping costs are typically around $20-$25 for small parts and accessories, $60-$80 for larger parts and heavier accessories, and $200-$400 for barbecues and fire tables.
Please do not attempt to pay for your order before receiving a shipping quote.
